Homeschool Tutorial in Franklin, TN

We offer tutoring services for grades K-12, with specialized programs tailored to each age group's educational needs.

Lesson plans and homework assignments are included in your rate. Homework is an essential part of our homeschool tutorial program. It is designed to reinforce classroom learning, build discipline, and ensure students are prepared for each week’s instruction.

• Homework is mandatory and must be completed and submitted each week by the assigned due date.
• Late work will receive a zero, unless a specific exception is granted in advance by the tutor due to illness, family emergency, or other approved circumstances.
• It is the student’s and family's responsibility to communicate with the tutor if an issue arises that may impact homework completion.
• Repeated failure to submit homework may result in a parent conference and a review of the student’s continued participation in the class.

Franklin Tutoring Homeschool Tutorial is a tutorial service, not a school. Our role is to support homeschool families by providing academic instruction in a structured, classroom-style environment. Please review the following policies carefully:

Not a School

• Franklin Tutoring does not function as a school and is not accredited. We exist to support homeschooling families through subject-specific instruction provided by experienced tutors.

No Grades or Transcripts Provided

• Tutors do not assign official grades.
• We do not issue report cards or transcripts.
• There is no overarching grading policy maintained by Franklin Tutoring.

Parental Responsibility

• According to Tennessee state law, parents are fully responsible for complying with homeschool regulations.
• Parents must register under a homeschool umbrella (e.g., with the local school district or a church-related school).
• Parents are responsible for assigning final grades and maintaining educational records.

Tutor Feedback

• At the end of each term, tutors will provide written feedback on student progress to report to your umbrella program. 
• Feedback may include scoring based on class assessments, participation, and overall performance.
• This information is intended to assist parents in evaluating their student’s academic development.

• If a student needs to withdraw from the tutorial before the end of the school year, we ask that families provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. This allows us time to adjust class planning and potentially fill the open spot.
• Tuition will be prorated up to the final date of attendance, provided notice has been given. If no notice is given, families will be responsible for the following month’s tuition regardless of attendance.
• The registration fee is non-refundable, and any fees paid toward supplies or materials are also non-refundable.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with families to make the transition as smooth as possible.

The tutorial will offer three courses for the 2025–2026 school year. Please refer to the table below for course details and use the provided links to purchase required materials.

Students are welcome to bring their own supplies if they prefer.
